About

The physician who came home to ancient wisdom.

I trained as a physician because I wanted to help people heal. What I didn't expect was that some of my most important lessons would come not from a classroom — but from a yoga mat. The deeper I went into practice, the more I found science confirming what ancient traditions had always known: that the body, breath, and mind are inseparable. That healing is not just the absence of disease, but the presence of wholeness.
